Service Description
Open to Ages 6-12 Fitness Designed to Improve: - hand-eye coordination - stability and control - functional strength Ages 6-9 - Functional Movement Training - Kicking, throwing, balance, running, jumping focused exercises Ages 10-12 - Strength and Skill Development - Speed, strength, power, coordination, balance, lateral movement, agility, quickness based exercises Drop-Off: 8:50 AM- 9:00 AM Pick-Up: 2:50 PM - 3:00 PM Please plan to arrive no later than 3 PM Lunch is not provided, but snacks are. What to Wear: Athletic attire and sneakers. Due to the nature of our activities, no open-toed shoes or flip flops will be permitted. What to Bring: Lunch, Water Bottle and other weather-appropriate items (sunscreen, jacket, etc.) What Not to Bring: Game devices, jewelry, cash, or other valuables. Peak Fitness and Performance is not responsible for personal belongings brought to camp. Please label water bottles with your child's name. Rules of Camp: - Inappropriate language is NOT permitted. - Fighting, teasing, and bullying is NOT permitted and will cause immediate dismissal from camp without refund. - Good sportsmanship is always expected. - Treat other campers, staff, and the facility with respect.

To cancel or reschedule a training session, please contact us 24 hours in advance. Thank you! Camps A 75% refund will be offered up to one week prior to start date (minus a 5% processing fee*) No refunds will be offered within one week of start date. *All refunds to credit cards will incur a 5% fee from the total cost of camp to cover our non-refundable registration and credit card processing fees.
