PEAK CURRICULUM
MOTIVATE, ENGAGE, & INCENTIVIZE
FOR PEAK YOUTH ATHLETIC DEVELOPMENT
SPECIALLY DESIGNED CURRICULUM
Peak's curriculum follows a 9-week of training plan with Challenge Weeks every 10th week. During the Challenge Weeks, we will assess and test all of our members in eight different areas: Upper Body Strength, Lower Body Strength, Core Strength, Endurance, Speed, Agility, Explosiveness, and Balance. Results will be communicated with each member or member/guardians.
Objective points will be awarded to each member based on percentage improvement. Points will also be earned based on attendance, booking online ahead of class, completing workouts outside of sessions, etc. Additionally, coaches can award based on things such as leadership, sportsmanship, and encouragement displayed during classes.
ADULT ENGAGEMENT
Parents/Guardians will be kept up-to-date with progress reports every 10 weeks with suggestions for areas to improve and focus on for the upcoming sessions. Based on the athlete's goals, Peak offers a variety of classes to help athletes of all skill level and focus achieve their peak performance.
