ADULT FITNESS GROUP CLASSES
Anyone looking to build their best self can join Peak's expert coaches in focused small group sessions offered daily to fit in your busy schedule. Improve strength, bone density, and muscle all while reducing weight!​

Plans range from 2 classes/week to UNLIMITED classes/week and you can attend any day and any class based on your own schedule. Drop in rates for individual classes are also available through our online booking tool.​​​

- One hour Classes available at 7:00 and 8:00 a.m. M-F
- 30-Minute Circuit Classes at 12:00 or 12:45
- Work under professional instruction
