Small group classes designed for every fitness level

YOUTH FITNESS GROUP CLASSES

Our youth group fitness classes help young athletes build strength, speed, agility, and injury resistance in a fun, high-energy environment. Athletes train alongside peers who push each other to improve while learning our Peak values because developing resilient, positive individuals matters as much as developing better players.

Plans range from 1 class/week to UNLIMITED classes/week and you can attend any day based on your own schedule.

AGES 5-9

Peak Junior Athletes work with coaches on fundamental sport movements such as object control, hand-eye coordination, running form and more to help them excel in any sport or activity. We build a foundation to help each kid find a love of movement and gain confidence in their skills.

AGES 10+

Peak Athletes develop their skills in strength, speed, agility and conditioning through expertly designed sessions aimed at maximizing their potential. These sessions focus on athletic development through age-appropriate training that's challenging, engaging, and never boring.
